What we do
From websites to management systems, we build what your operation needs.
We group the work into four types. Each one starts from what you use today: paper notes, a spreadsheet, WhatsApp or an old system.
Fordoctors, therapists, lawyers, service providers and companies that outgrew spreadsheets.

How we work
Fixed scope before the first line of code.
Scope is the list of what we will build. It is written into the proposal, along with what stays out, the timeline and the price.
Conversation and proposal
You tell us on WhatsApp how your routine works today, on paper, in a spreadsheet or in an old system. Then you get a proposal with scope, timeline and price.
Build in stages
We build in the agreed order, starting from what you already use. Each stage delivers one part of the system.
Delivery and maintenance
After delivery, we host the system and keep it running, for a monthly maintenance fee.
You talk to the person who builds it.
Kauã Corrêa is Keystone's founder and the engineer responsible for its projects. He leads the conversation, the proposal and the delivery, in English or Portuguese. Your questions go straight to the person accountable for the system.
