How we work
Scope, timeline and price, fixed before we start.
We build custom websites and software for practices, firms and service businesses. From the first conversation to maintenance, you know what happens at each step.
Stages
Every project follows the same order, from conversation to maintenance.
Conversation
Tell us on WhatsApp, in English or Portuguese, what you need and how things run today. Kauã Corrêa, the engineer in charge of the projects, replies himself.
Proposal
The proposal sets out the scope, what's not included, the timeline and the price. It can be in English, and so can the contract. Work starts once you accept.
Build in stages
We build in the order agreed in the proposal. Each stage delivers one part of the system.
Launch
The system goes live, hosted by us, ready for your team to use.
Maintenance
A monthly maintenance fee covers hosting and keeping the system running. You keep talking to the person who built it.
Proposal
Price and timeline come together, written in the proposal.
There's no price list because every system has its own scope.
After our conversation, the proposal states the project price and what it includes. You decide before any work starts. We bill in US dollars (USD) or euros (EUR).
The monthly maintenance fee starts after launch.
What's out of scope is in writing too.
Each project has its own timeline, set for the agreed scope and written down before work starts. That way nobody finds out halfway through that something wasn't included.
One part at a time
The system grows in stages, starting from the spreadsheets your team already uses.
You don't have to replace everything at once. The proposal sets where to start, and the next stages go into the same system.
Each spreadsheet is imported into the system. Before anything changes, the system shows a preview so someone on your team can review it.
After launch
Once the system is live, it's still our responsibility.
We host the system and keep it running for a monthly maintenance fee. You keep talking to the person who built it.
Work can start with one part, such as the website or the schedule. The next parts go into the same system, and we already know it inside out.
Confidentiality
Confidential data calls for access rules, change logs and backups.
If you're bound by client confidentiality or handle health data, you need to know who sees what. Your system's access rules go into the scope, in writing.
A website with no third-party scripts, if you prefer: no code from another company runs on your pages.
What can go into your system
- User roles: depending on who logs in, personal and bank details are masked, with some digits hidden.
- A log of every change: who made it, what changed, the value before and the value after.
- Two-factor login: a code required in addition to the password.
- Encrypted daily backups, stored separately from the server.
